凛々しい天狗の中には、フルーティな酸味がクセになる「洋風 柚子胡椒」が入っています。柚子の果汁と唐辛子を使ったさっぱり仕立て・・・だけどしっかり辛い！パスタやピザにタバスコの様に使うのもよし、ソーセージやギョウザにラー油の様に使うのもよし、チャーハンや焼きそばにホットソースの様に使うのもよしな液状調味料です

Inside the dignified tengu is a “Western-style Yuzu Kosho” with a fruity sourness that is addictive. Refreshingly made with yuzu juice and chili peppers … but spicy enough! It is a liquid seasoning that can be used like Tabasco on pasta and pizza, like raayu on sausages and gyoza, and like hot sauce on fried rice and fried noodles.
