Things that coexist together

are beautiful.

They care for one another in

an exquisite balance.

The weeds in the forest,

the large mountain lilies,

the trees so large

they obscure the sky,

and the small animals

that hide there – all live in symbiosis.

Are foolish humans only able to

survive by threatening

each other’s lives?

共生するものたちは　美しい。

絶妙なバランスで　互いを思いやる。

森の中の雑草も　大輪の山百合も

空を隠すほどの大木も

そこに身を隠す　小動物も

全てが共生の中で　暮らしている。

愚かな人間は

互いの命を脅かすことでしか

生存できないのか。
