STRIPED FACTORY ON 9TH STREET

This image is a rendering of an old factory painted in a very interesting pattern of grey, black and white stripes….located on 9th Street just off of the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn…..the factory lies in the background and towers over the smaller buildings in front of it. Note that shortly after this painting was made the factory was repainted in a very uninteresting beige color and remains as such today.

26″ H x 36″ W x 2″ D and weighs 5 to 6 pounds
Soft and Oil Pastel on Paper collaged with mesh wire and fragments of paper. Completed in 2018

この画像は、ちょうどブルックリンのGowanus運河…..背景に工場嘘とのオフ第九ストリートに位置し、グレー、黒と白のストライプの非常に興味深いパターンで塗ら古い工場のレンダリング….ですそれの前の小さな建物の上に塔。この絵が行われた直後に工場は、このような今日のような非常に面白くないベージュ色や遺跡に塗り替えたことに注意してください。

紙の上のソフトとオイルパステルは、メッシュワイヤーと紙の断片をコラージュ。 2018年に完成
