Brooklyn has its own unique rhythm, being born and raised in this magical borough has greatly influenced my work. The streets may look dirty and the buildings worn but I am captivated by the layers. Layers of colors and textures, no day being a repeat of the last. On a good day you will find equal measures of chaos, joy and release. This piece is a combination of the pulsating energies and strength of Brooklyn.
